Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match them with appropriate insurance coverages and convert leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to identify customer insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options
- Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Work a flexible schedule that includes four weekdays and one weekend day, with a mid-morning start time
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
