Job Summary
To support a growing insurance sales team, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with potential and existing policyholders to identify their insurance needs and convert leads into policyholders
- Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Work a flexible schedule that includes four weekdays and one weekend day, managing inbound sales without cold calling
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Proficiency in typing and PC skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
