Property & Casualty Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading large engineering programs, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Solutions Architect will oversee complex builds and modernization efforts, drive solution design for strategic pursuits, and provide technology leadership to enhance the insurance ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern large engineering programs, ensuring delivery predictability and quality metrics
• Drive solutioning for strategic pursuits, including design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to client senior leaders on application modernization and digital engineering strategy

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, with at least 5 years in the insurance domain
• Demonstrated leadership in large development programs/projects and experience with multi-vendor environments
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Modernization
• Experience with cloud-native solutions and familiarity with insurance platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek
