Job Summary
Leading the delivery of foundational solution architecture, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Solutions Architect will manage large engineering programs, drive solutioning for strategic pursuits, and provide technology leadership to enhance digital transformation in the insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and govern large engineering programs involving complex builds and integration transformation across multiple lines of business
- Drive solutioning for strategic pursuits, including discovery, target architecture, and delivery approach
- Act as a trusted advisor to client senior leaders on application modernization and digital engineering strategy
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, preferably in Technical Architect/Consulting environments
- 5+ years in leadership roles covering Delivery/Practice/Portfolio/Architecture leadership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance domain (P&C/Reinsurance) with familiarity in insurance platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Modernization
