Property & Casualty Team Lead

Job Summary

Providing daily guidance and support, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Team Lead will coach Sales/Retention agents, monitor performance metrics, and drive team success through effective feedback and quality assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real-time coaching and feedback to Sales/Retention agents through call monitoring and performance observations
• Conduct quality assessments and lead team huddles to share best practices and reinforce retention strategies
• Monitor individual agent performance against KPIs and assist with scheduling and adherence monitoring

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in Property & Casualty
• 2+ years as a top-performing Retention agent or in a similar customer service role
• Experience in providing coaching, mentoring, or training to peers
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
