Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center- Underwriter II - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and process commercial lines endorsements, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Review and manage complex accounts, demonstrating knowledge of commercial coverages
• Issue certificates of insurance and endorsements, and respond to policyholder inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Understanding of commercial lines insurance products and risk assessment
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting or servicing
• Experience with mid-sized to complex commercial accounts is desirable
• Proficient in agency management systems and CRM platforms
