Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center- Underwriter II - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite and process commercial lines endorsements, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Review and manage complex accounts, demonstrating knowledge of commercial coverages
• Issue certificates of insurance and endorsements, and respond to inquiries from policyholders and agents

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required; ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial lines insurance products and risk assessment
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting or servicing
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a call center or high-volume service environment is a plus
