Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Underwriter II - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and process commercial lines endorsements within assigned authority levels
• Review and manage complex and high-profile accounts, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Issue accurate certificates of insurance and endorsements while providing expert-level service to policyholders and agents

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required, with the ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial lines insurance products and risk assessment
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting or servicing with increasing responsibility
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a call center or high-volume service environment is a plus
