Property CAT Desk Adjuster

Job Summary

To support customers recovering after severe weather, the full-time Property CAT Desk Adjuster will manage moderate to complex catastrophe property claims, including wind and hail losses, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage moderate to complex CAT property claims, focusing on wind and hail losses
• Investigate claims, determine coverage, and evaluate damages and liability
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys

Required qualifications

• Property claims handling experience, particularly with wind and hail claims
• Ability to estimate moderate to large property losses
• Proficiency with current technology and claims systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred
• AINS and/or AIC designation preferred
