Job Summary

Managing homeowner property claims from first notice of loss through resolution, the full-time remote Property Claims Adjuster will conduct thorough investigations, produce accurate estimates, and deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property claim handling, including conducting investigations and determining liability
• Prepare accurate property damage estimates and maintain thorough file documentation
• Provide superior customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and agents

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of property adjusting claims experience and customer service
• Experience writing estimates in Cotality, Xactimate, or a comparable platform
• Active adjuster license(s) or eligibility to obtain licenses in all required states
• Experience in a remote or hybrid claims environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google productivity tools
