Property Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing an assigned desk of property claims, the full-time remote Property Claims Adjuster will handle coverage analysis, investigation, negotiation, resolution, and closure while serving as the primary contact for insureds.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct coverage analysis and investigations to determine applicability and document findings
• Manage claims from assignment through closure, including evaluating damages and negotiating settlements
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating coverage decisions and setting expectations with insureds and vendors

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of property claims adjusting experience
• Strong understanding of property coverage, policy forms, and claims best practices
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Accountability mindset with the ability to manage claims with minimal supervision
• Experience with short-term rental or specialty commercial property lines is a plus
