Property Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Property Claims Adjuster, the Dwelling/Condo Claims Experience Advocate will investigate and manage the complete lifecycle of property claims, ensuring efficient and fair resolutions while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and handle dwelling and condo claims from first notice of loss through final resolution
• Settle claim components and keep customers informed via phone and email throughout the process
• Review mitigation and pack-out bills, identifying subrogation opportunities as part of daily claims handling

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of technical claims handling experience, particularly with fire, water, and weather losses
• Proven experience managing losses valued over $10K across various claim types
• Hands-on experience with large contents inventories and solid knowledge of dwelling damage
• Active Property & Casualty adjuster license in the resident state
• Familiarity with major national property service vendors is preferred
