Property Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts
• Determine extent of company liability
• Estimate cost of repair, replacement, or compensation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of nine months of experience in property claims handling
• Associate degree or higher and a minimum of three years work experience within financial services, customer service, construction, property management, or related field; at least nine months of which must be in property claims handling
• Minimum of five years of work experience in financial services, customer service, construction, property management, or related field, at least nine months of which must be in property claims handling
• Adjuster 620 License required within 30 days of hire
