Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster II to investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate complex claims involving dwelling losses, verifying coverage and assessing damages
• Develop detailed damage estimates using Xactimate and reconcile contractor estimates for accurate claim valuation
• Negotiate settlements and provide transparent communication to all parties involved in the claims process

Qualifications & Experience

• H.S. diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of property claims experience required
• Proficiency in Xactimate with Level 2 certification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of homeowner policies and claims practices
• Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment and maintain required state adjuster licenses
