Job Summary

Property Claims Adjuster Licensed is a full-time, salaried position responsible for investigating and documenting property claims, negotiating settlements, and supporting catastrophe response efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims, including policy review and preparing estimates
• Communicate claim updates and decisions to stakeholders
• Act as a resource for less experienced staff and support catastrophe response as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of property claims experience
• Estimating skills
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as needed
• Meets requirements for licensing in additional states if necessary
• Experience in catastrophe-focused environments is highly preferred
