Job Summary

Managing first-party property claims for various home types, the full-time Residential Property Desk Claims Adjuster - P&C License will assess damages, make coverage decisions, and guide policyholders through the claims process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an inventory of property claims and evaluate coverage and damages
• Conduct investigations and establish action plans based on policy and regulations
• Communicate with policyholders, public adjusters, and third parties throughout the claims process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of residential property claims adjusting experience
• P&C Adjuster license required
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry on multiple screens
• Experience with Xactimate and claims handling guidelines
