Property Claims Management Director

Job Summary

Overseeing and leading the Liability and Property claims teams, the full-time remote Property Claims Management Director will ensure operational excellence, develop claims strategies, and manage team performance to deliver superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for claims teams, ensuring high-quality and timely claims resolution
• Lead, mentor, and develop claims leaders and managers to build a high-performing organization
• Collaborate with leadership to define claims strategies and operational priorities while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in property and liability claims management, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary claims teams
• Deep technical expertise in handling complex liability and property claims
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, or related field; advanced certifications preferred
