Job Summary

Leading a team of adjusters, the fully remote Property Claims Manager will oversee daily operations, guide complex claim decisions, and ensure high-quality outcomes within the Farm & Agribusiness portfolio.

• Manages and resolves escalated customer communications and conflicts

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in property claims management
• Proven track record in guiding complex claim decisions
• Experience with farm properties and related exposures
• Ability to develop and direct business unit action plans
• Human resources management experience, including hiring and performance management
