Job Summary

Experienced mortgage servicing professionals will find a full-time opportunity as a Property Claims & Valuations Manager, responsible for managing residential property valuation workflows, coordinating hazard insurance claims, and overseeing vendor performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property valuation workflows, including broker price opinions (BPOs) and appraisals
• Coordinate hazard insurance claims from initiation through resolution, collaborating with servicers and vendors
• Monitor valuation trends and portfolio risk while preparing management reporting and improving operational processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, property valuations, or claims administration
• Strong knowledge of residential property valuations and reconciliation processes
• Experience with appraisal management companies and insurance carriers
• Understanding of the mortgage default lifecycle, including foreclosure and property preservation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
