Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Repair Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with contractors, homeowners, carriers, and vendors throughout the repair process
• Review claim assignments to ensure all milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
• Monitor and track the status of assignments ensuring timely follow-up

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property claim handling experience; adjusting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of property claims repair processes
• Experience with property repairs estimate writing and review preferred
• Proficiency in using technology, including Verisk and CoreLogic products
• Industry certifications such as IICRC, HAAG, and CPCU preferred
