Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Specialist IV (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims to determine the need for additional investigation
• Communicate directly with third parties and customers during claims investigation, negotiation, and resolution
• Evaluate, approve, and pay claims up to pre-approved limits based on serviced products

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including demonstrated tele-service skills
• 2+ years of claims processing experience
• Property claims experience preferred
• Demonstrated mathematical aptitude and ability to interpret medical and insurance documentation
