Key Responsibilities

• Manage property claims from coverage analysis and investigation to resolution and closure
• Conduct investigations, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements
• Serve as the primary contact for insureds, agents, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of property claims adjusting experience
• Solid understanding of property coverage and policy forms
• Experience with short-term rental, habitational, or specialty commercial property lines is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Accountability mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently
