Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product SME - Property Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an end-to-end review of the property claims lifecycle to identify friction points and opportunities for automation
• Develop expertise in property claims decision-making and ensure data integrity across systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues and translate insights into measurable product improvements

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a property claims adjuster (field or desk)
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end property claims process within P&C
• Experience working closely with product, engineering, data, and operational teams
• Proven ability to assess complex workflows and identify high-impact improvements
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives with measurable financial impact
