Job Summary

Overseeing a team of claims professionals, the full-time remote Property Claims Supervisor will manage property-related claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of property claims adjusters, providing coaching and performance evaluations
• Monitor claims handling activities for compliance and approve settlements within assigned authority limits
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices across the claims team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of property claims handling experience
• Adjuster licensing as required by jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation and settlement practices
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience handling complex or high-value property claims preferred
