Job Summary

Overseeing a team of claims professionals, the full-time remote Property Claims Supervisor will manage property-related claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and client service standards while providing leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of property claims adjusters, providing coaching and performance evaluations
• Monitor claims handling activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and approve claim settlements
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support reporting on property claims performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of property claims handling experience
• Adjuster licensing as required by jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, evaluation, and settlement practices
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, or equivalent preferred
