Job Summary

Supporting the Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) Team, the full-time remote Property Condition Assessment Project Coordinator will manage project documentation, prepare status reports, and coordinate communication among team members and clients across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead project documentation and coordinate revisions and distributions
  • Prepare standard project status reports for the project delivery team and clients
  • Coordinate meetings and communication plans regarding projects among the team and clients
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an architectural, engineering, or construction firm
  • Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt style for different audiences
  • Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and ability to comprehend instructions clearly
  • Ability to work across multiple US time zones effectively
