Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Condition Assessment National Practice Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team activities, oversee staff training, and conduct performance evaluations
• Interact with high-profile clients to establish goals and ensure report accuracy
• Provide technical direction on projects and manage a large portfolio of assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Managerial experience is required
• Certification as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of building systems and Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills and a strong leadership ability
