Property Condition Assessment Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Condition Assessment Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle
• Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of commercial Property and Facility Condition Assessments
• Engage with subcontractors and field staff, monitor project progress, and maintain client communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating
• 3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process
