Job Summary
A company is looking for a Property Coordinator to assist in administrative functions related to leasing and property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Managing Director with administrative tasks related to leasing and lease transaction approvals
- Perform administrative functions such as travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting scheduling
- Handle a high volume of tasks and participate in various projects in a fast-paced commercial real estate office
Qualifications
- Graduated cum laude or better from university
- At least 3-5 years of property management experience
- Prior experience in a commercial real estate company is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi experience is a plus
