Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Coordinator to assist in administrative functions related to leasing and property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Managing Director with administrative tasks related to leasing and lease transaction approvals
  • Perform administrative functions such as travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting scheduling
  • Handle a high volume of tasks and participate in various projects in a fast-paced commercial real estate office
Qualifications
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university
  • At least 3-5 years of property management experience
  • Prior experience in a commercial real estate company is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Yardi experience is a plus
