Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success - Property to lead a team of Customer Success Managers in delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support
- Monitor team performance across KPIs related to retention, adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and assist in managing customer escalations
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of people management or team lead experience, with 3-5+ years of Customer Success experience
- Experience in the multifamily property industry with an understanding of its dynamics and operational requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively
- Motivated coach with a track record of team development and performance support
