Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success - Property to lead a team of Customer Success Managers in delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor team performance across KPIs related to retention, adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and assist in managing customer escalations
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of people management or team lead experience, with 3-5+ years of Customer Success experience
  • Experience in the multifamily property industry with an understanding of its dynamics and operational requirements
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively
  • Motivated coach with a track record of team development and performance support
