Job Summary
Leading daily operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Property Engineer Consultant will technically assess property risk, collaborate with client brokerage teams, and produce high-quality reports while managing project work plans and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Technically assess property risk from fire and natural hazards, providing expert guidance on complex client accounts
- Collaborate with client brokerage teams to drive beneficial outcomes and support business development efforts
- Produce technically sound reports and consultative client guidance that meet rigorous quality assurance standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management or property engineering consulting
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering discipline, preferably in fire science or fire protection engineering
- Strong experience in preparing professional or technical summaries
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to professional growth through continued education and certifications
