Property Estimator

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Property Estimator, the full-time remote position will focus on creating accurate estimates for property damages, working independently to ensure adherence to service level agreements while identifying coverage issues and opportunities for recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Review documentation from virtual inspection partners to produce timely and accurate damage estimates for property losses
• Work independently to complete estimates while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and identifying potential coverage issues
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders to facilitate successful claim resolutions and assist with surge and CAT volume as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of property or commercial field experience or virtual desk estimating preferred
• Expertise in estimating property losses using Xactimate and/or Symbility platforms
• Experience with XactAnalysis or CoreLogic for claims management
• Ability to analyze losses and make informed decisions based on policies and guidelines
• Willingness to obtain individual independent state adjuster licenses within the first 60 days of employment
