Property Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Portfolio Finance Manager, this full-time remote position will manage financial reporting and accounting for approximately 30 properties, focusing on monthly reporting, cash flow forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present timely financial reports for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Own the general ledger for the region, performing complex accounting tasks and leading variance analysis
• Build strong relationships with regional teams, acting as the key point of contact for accounting-related matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of property-level accounting experience in hospitality or real estate
• 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring team members
• Strong proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting and cash flow forecasting
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
