Property GHRN Inside Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property GHRN Inside Technician with experience in claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and process mitigation, contents, and general contractor bills for accurate payment
• Provide coaching and oversight to adjusters regarding payments to general contractors and preferred vendors
• Deliver compassionate service to ensure customer retention

Required Qualifications:

• High School Degree or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2+ years property estimating experience (preferably within Xactimate)
• 1+ years experience with Xactanalysis preferred
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and act with empathy
• Knowledge of insurance policy, claim processes, and industry best practices
