Job Summary
Overseeing maintenance operations and capital improvement projects, the remote Property Maintenance Coordinator will manage the full lifecycle of maintenance requests, emergency repairs, and restoration projects while serving as the primary contact for homeowners and vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate routine maintenance requests and manage emergency restoration projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and managing expectations
- Maintain vendor relationships, source new vendors, and evaluate performance for quality and responsiveness
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, project coordination, or property management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
