Property Management Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Accountant: Chart of Accounts Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings regarding chart of accounts conversion
• Map client GLs and update their corporate accounting software accurately
• Determine and implement process improvements and manage internal tasks effectively

Required Qualifications

• Established accounting experience with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts
• Ability to troubleshoot accounting issues with minimal supervision
• Experience in drafting conversion reports and cleanup entries
