Property Management Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and support franchise owners and staff in industry software and accounting practices
• Process check runs for assigned accounts and complete monthly trust account balancing
• Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to summarize the company's financial position

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management accounting experience
• Proficiency in property management software, preferably AppFolio or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Associate degree in accounting or general business preferred
• In-office presence required in Irving, Waco, TX
