Property Management Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Accountant responsible for providing bookkeeping and accounting services to franchise owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting best practices for assigned franchises and analyze financial information
• Prepare entries to general ledger accounts and assist with bank account reconciliations
• Train and support franchise staff in accounting practices and software

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or General Business required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years' experience in property management accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to build relationships and trust with franchise owners
