Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Onboarding Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new properties and serve as the primary contact for homeowners associations (HOAs)
  • Manage the activation and cancellation of utility services and assist with clerical and data entry tasks
  • Support the Leasing Department with one-off tasks and manage general email mailboxes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or a strong administrative and customer service background
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications and property management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
  • Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST
