Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Maintenance Coordinator to manage repairs and maintenance for rental units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and onboard vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards
  • Coordinate delivery of materials and approve maintenance invoices
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
  • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Experience with Appfolio and Property Meld preferred
  • Must have internet speed of 50 mbps and above
