Job Summary
A company is looking for a Property Management Maintenance Coordinator to manage repairs and maintenance for rental units.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and onboard vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards
- Coordinate delivery of materials and approve maintenance invoices
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
- Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
- Experience with Appfolio and Property Meld preferred
- Must have internet speed of 50 mbps and above
