Job Summary
A company is looking for a Property Management Maintenance Coordinator to manage repairs and maintenance for rental units.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and onboard vendors for maintenance support
- Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards
- Coordinate maintenance requests, approvals, and invoice processing
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
- Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
- Experience with Appfolio and LeadSimple preferred
- Ability to work remotely during specified hours (8:30-5:00 PST)
