Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and onboard vendors for maintenance support
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, approvals, and invoice processing
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
  • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Experience with Appfolio and LeadSimple preferred
  • Ability to work remotely during specified hours (8:30-5:00 PST)
