Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Property Management Maintenance Coordinator will manage repairs and maintenance for a large portfolio of rental units by identifying vendors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring quality control during the process.
Key responsibilities
- Contact approved vendors for support and research new vendors as needed
- Obtain landlord approval for maintenance requests and coordinate repairs accordingly
- Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards are met
Required qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
- Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets)
- Experience with Appfolio and LeadSimple preferred
- Internet speed of 50 mbps and above
