Property Management Manager

Job Summary

Property Management Manager oversees the administration of lease audits and compliance for company properties, managing external auditors and ensuring expense savings, in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracted 3rd Party auditors for expense reconciliations and co-tenancy validations
• Act as liaison between the company and lessors to resolve lease-related issues
• Oversee data management for 3rd Party expense records and monitor accuracy in lease information systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management in a retail environment
• 5 years of property management experience in a retail environment
• 3+ years of audit experience in a corporate environment
• Finance background is a plus
• Expert proficiency in interpreting complex lease documents
