Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear communication with homeowners, property managers, vendors, and insurance adjusters
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with legal and safety requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or a strong administrative background
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications and property management software
  • Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
  • Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
