Job Summary

To support the technical implementation of a new screening solution, the part-time Property Management Specialist will manage project tasks, audit application processes, and ensure data accuracy within the Yardi system in a remote contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage light project management and analyst tasks for the implementation of a new screening solution
• Audit and update application Call to Actions (CTAs) across various channels to facilitate a smooth transition to a new online application form
• Test and confirm data accuracy and compliance within the Yardi system regarding pricing and application fees

Required qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Site Manager administration and configuration
• Background in multifamily or property management systems
• Knowledge of data mapping, conversion, and standardization
• Experience in website QA and API validation
• Familiarity with data auditing and testing processes
