Job Summary

To support the implementation of a new screening solution, the contract Property Management Specialist will manage light project tasks, audit application channels, and ensure data accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the technical implementation of a new screening solution through project management and analysis
• Audit and update all Apply Now Calls to Action across various channels to facilitate the transition to a new online application form
• Test and confirm that data flows accurately between the new application portal and Yardi, ensuring compliance with pricing regulations

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Yardi Site Manager administration and configuration
• Familiarity with multifamily or property management systems
• Knowledge of data mapping, conversion, and standardization
• Experience in website QA and API validation
• Proficiency in data auditing and testing
