Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Property Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate existing stores for changes in real estate agreements
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding real estate assets
• Negotiate, prepare, and coordinate real estate documents in the best interest of the company

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
• 5 years experience in negotiating occupancy costs for 100+ sites
• 5 years experience in commercial property management or related field
• Experience managing CAM audits and reconciliations is preferred
• CPM or CCIM designation is preferred
