Property Manager - North Carolina

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Property Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Renegotiation of leases within an assigned geographical area
• Review and evaluation of existing stores for changes affecting operations
• Primary point of contact for internal customers, property owners, and third parties regarding real estate assets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
• 5-7 years of commercial property management experience with multiple retail sites
• 5-7 years of experience managing negotiations of occupancy costs for over 100 sites
