Property Portfolio Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Portfolio Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and accounting for multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports for approximately 30 properties, including monthly and annual statements
• Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial reporting while mentoring junior accountants
• Perform variance and trend analysis to support business decisions and optimize cash flow management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of property-level accounting experience in hospitality or real estate
• 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring team members
• Proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting and cash flow forecasting
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
