Property Preservation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Preservation Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and manage property preservation for serviced properties
• Monitor properties to ensure compliance with agency or investor guidelines
• Coordinate the eviction process and manage communication with vendors and clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in real estate or default mortgage servicing
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in property preservation or home repair
• Knowledge of eviction laws and mortgage industry practices
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
